Wondering where to go to buy Maine meat products?  Start with the Meat aisle of The Maine Grocery List at Tasting in Tongues Maine.

Look for farms near you, but don't let that limit your search.  Many farms sell their high-quality meats throughout the state in retail stores, buying clubs, farmers markets, and even mail order.  You'll find beef, chicken, lamb, pork, sausage, venison...and the list goes on.  Details can be found in the Meat aisle.  I've also included links to the farms that have websites.  

I've only listed farms whose information I could confirm.  (There are a lot of resources out there but many of them are out of date, and it is a huge pet peeve of mine to go to a site and get a series of "Page Cannot Be Found" errors.)  If you know of any farms not on my list, and you know they currently sell meats, please let me know.
