If you haven't tried the stuff, you're in for a treat. The canola oil is clean and nutty and fresh. The mustard oil has a nice warmth to it and is a great dressing on greens. The sample of spicy mustard that I received (not sure if that's available yet) lived up to its name and was the first bottle that got used up - delicious!
